With Series: 3‑Week Youth Curriculum on Leadership

In a culture of constant busyness and shallow connections, helps your students discover the power of being fully present—with God and with others.

This three‑week youth curriculum (plus an optional interactive discipleship event) invites teens to slow down, listen, and invest deeply in relationships rather than just being around people. Through Scripture, teaching, discussion questions, and a hands‑on application, students will learn how healthy leadership and influence flows out of abiding with Jesus.

Series Overview

Each week examines a different aspect of relational influence and presence:

• Week 1 – The Power of Presence (Hebrews 2:16‑18)
  Students see how Jesus stepped into our world and became our High Priest to be with us. They’ll learn that their presence is ministry and that being with someone in their struggles reflects God’s love.
• Week 2 – Influence vs. Control (Philippians 1:3‑6)
  Students discover that they can’t control people or outcomes, but they can influence others through prayer, encouragement, and faithful relationship. They’ll trust God to finish the work He began in those they love.
• Week 3 – With > Before (1 Samuel 13:8-14)
  Students explore the difference between doing things for God and being with God. They’ll learn that doing things for God before God isn’t healthy leadership. With is better.
• Discipleship Event
  Host an interactive event where students explore influence, listening, and being present with others around them as God is present with us through the Holy Spirit.
