Mine Series: 3‑Week Youth Study on Generosity & Stewardship

Lead your students from ownership to stewardship. In the Mine Series, teens discover that everything belongs to God and that they are entrusted with resources to reflect His generosity. Over three weeks, students will learn to loosen their grip on “mine,” find contentment in Christ and experience the joy of giving.

Series Overview

This study helps students confront the lie that happiness comes from getting more and invites them into the freedom of faithful stewardship.

What Students Will Learn

  • Week 1 – Everything Is His (Psalm 24:1; 1 Chronicles 29:11‑14) – Students will see that God owns it all and we are managers, not owners. They’ll examine areas of entitlement and learn to trust God as the ultimate provider.
  • Week 2 – Contentment vs. Consumerism (Philippians 4:11‑13; Hebrews 13:5) – In a culture of constant upgrades, teens will discover how to be satisfied in Christ and free from the grip of materialism.
  • Week 3 – Giving with Joy (2 Corinthians 9:6‑11; Acts 20:35) – Students will embrace generosity as a way of life, exploring how to give time, talents and treasure to bless others and advance God’s kingdom.

Optional Generosity Challenge (Not Included. Just An Idea!)

Wrap up the series with a service project or giving challenge. Encourage students to pool resources for a cause, serve those in need or bless someone anonymously as a tangible expression of generosity.
