Invitations: 4-Week Youth Curriculum on Spiritual Growth

Jesus said that eternal life is to know God more fully. But many students don’t know how to connect with God beyond reading the Bible and praying. Invitations is a four-week youth study that explores four practical invitations from Scripture to help students connect with God in new ways—through music, serving, wonder, and friendships. As they respond to these invitations, they’ll discover deeper intimacy with their Maker.

Series Overview

• Week 1 – Connection (Psalm 33:2‑5) – Let music move you toward your Maker. Students explore how praise and worship draw them close to God.
• Week 2 – Serve (Matthew 25:34–40) – We connect with our Creator when we serve like our Savior. Students learn that loving service to others connects them to Christ.
• Week 3 – Wonder (Exodus 15:11; Acts 14:17; Psalm 8:3‑4) – Let wonder draw you closer to the One. Students learn to see God’s greatness in creation and miracles and respond with awe.
• Week 4 – Friends (Mark 2:4‑12) – Find friends who point you to the Father. Students discover the importance of surrounding themselves with friends who encourage their faith.
