A Six-Month Pathway From Emotional Chaos to Gospel-Centered Peace

Students today are emotionally overwhelmed, whether they identify as Christians or not.

Anxiety, pressure, insecurity, comparison, stress, loneliness, and emotional exhaustion are shaping how many teenagers experience daily life.

This six-month pathway intentionally guides students through building resilience rooted in the character of God rather than the instability of circumstances.

We begin with Fractured because stress and emotional exhaustion are immediate realities for many teenagers. This series gives students language for their struggles while helping them understand that Jesus meets them in their brokenness rather than abandoning them in it. View the Fractured Series

From there, Up helps students understand and process emotions in healthier ways. Rather than being controlled by emotional highs and lows, students begin learning how emotions can point them toward deeper dependence on God. View the Up Series

Once emotional honesty is established, Spleck moves students outward into authentic relationships and compassionate community. Students learn that healing and peace are not meant to happen in isolation, but within healthy, grace-filled relationships. View the Spleck Series

Then Veiled Heat directly addresses anxiety, pressure, fear, and the hidden struggles students often carry internally. Students begin identifying the deeper sources of anxiety while learning how surrender and trust reshape anxious hearts. View the Veiled Heat Series

Even If follows by helping students develop resilient faith in the middle of uncertainty and suffering. Rather than placing their hope in ideal circumstances, students learn how to trust God even when life feels confusing, painful, or unresolved. View the Even If Series

Finally, Here For It closes the pathway with hope, presence, and spiritual endurance. Students finish the pathway reminded that God is active, present, and trustworthy in the middle of real life—not just after the storm passes. View the Here For It Series
